This site is a working demonstration of the MariaCare stack: Google Ads for demand, WordPress as the owned hub, Salesforce as the system of record for leads, and the MariaCare CRM plugin tying the three together.

What happens when someone signs up

  1. A fan searches for their team and sees a Google Ads result for that team’s game-day alerts.
  2. They land on a team page like Alabama or Oregon. The click’s campaign, keyword and Google click ID (gclid) are captured in the browser and carried across the site.
  3. They fill in the form at the bottom of the page. The site sends the lead to Salesforce through Web-to-Lead with the team, conference, landing page and campaign details in the lead description.
  4. The lead is nurtured in Salesforce and, if it becomes a customer, that status is what MariaCare bills on.
  5. The MariaCare CRM plugin running on this WordPress site syncs Google Ads spend and clicks, imports the Salesforce leads, and attributes each lead and each customer back to the campaign that produced it.
